S2X 2026: The Evolution of Engineering SysML v2 Extravaganza (S2X) | November 3, 2026 |
The revolution has begun—now it is time to master it. Following the massive success of our 2025 focus on practical application, S2X 2026 returns to push the boundaries of what is possible with the next generation of systems modeling. We have moved beyond the "what" and the "why." S2X 2026 is dedicated entirely to the "how." As SysML v2 matures within organizations worldwide, we are seeing the emergence of sophisticated implementation patterns, seamless integrations, and tangible engineering victories. This year, we invite the global systems engineering community to gather, share, and critique the real-world application of the language.Whether you are a researcher bridging the gap between theory and practice, or a practitioner deployed on the front lines of complex system development, S2X 2026 is your platform. Join us to explore how SysML v2 is not just modeling the future, but actively engineering it.
Submission Guidelines
We invite you to contribute to the collective knowledge base by submitting a presentation proposal. All submissions must be grounded in SysML v2 with a strict focus on the application of the language. We are looking for content that demonstrates utility, implementation strategies, and verifiable results, rather than purely theoretical language concepts.
We are accepting proposals in two distinct categories via EasyChair:
1. Current Research Talk Proposals
- Focus: Scientific talks of international excellence aimed at disseminating cutting-edge findings to a broader audience.
- Requirement: Proposals must be based on papers that have already been published or accepted by international conferences or journals.
- Format: Extended abstract (max. 2 pages).
2. Application Experience Proposals
- Focus: Practical, "boots-on-the-ground" insights. We want to hear about pilot projects, full-scale migrations, and the specific engineering challenges solved (or discovered) using SysML v2.
- Requirement: A focus on lessons learned and the realities of applying the language in an industrial or project context.
- Format: Extended abstract (max. 2 pages).
