About the Conference
The HRFEST 2026: International Conference on Humanoid Robotics, Innovation & Leadership is the premier Latin American forum that bridges the gap between advanced robotics research and industrial leadership. Hosted by the Universidad Nacional del Callao (UNAC) as the official academic and not-for-profit sponsor, with NFM Robotics acting as an industrial patron and logistical facilitator, this conference gathers top researchers, industry leaders, and innovators.
HRFEST 2026 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore digital library, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Submission Guidelines
- Review Process: HRFEST 2026 enforces a strict Double-Blind Peer Review process.
- Submission Portal: All manuscripts must be submitted electronically via EasyChair at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=hrfest2026.
- Format & Length: All manuscripts must follow the standard double-column IEEE Conference template and should not exceed six (6) pages in PDF format.
- Originality: Submissions must be original work not currently under review by any other conference or journal.
- Camera-Ready Submissions: Final versions of accepted papers must be validated using IEEE PDF eXpress (Conference ID: 71784X). The PDF eXpress validation site will open on September 15, 2026.
