The field of Power and Renewable Energy has been rapidly growing in recent years, with a focus on developing sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources. Research has been focused on areas such as energy storage systems, power electronics, grid integration, and control of renewable energy sources. Advances in technology have enabled increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness, making renewable energy a more viable option for widespread adoption. The 10th International Conference on Power and Renewable Energy serves as a platform for researchers and practitioners to share the latest advancements in this field and discuss their potential applications. It is important to regularly convene such international conferences to promote collaboration and exchange of ideas, ultimately driving progress and innovation in the field of power and renewable energy.
After the success of 2024, The 10th International Conference on Power and Renewable Energy, the annual premier power and renewable energy development meeting, will be held from September 19-22, 2025 in Hangzhou, China. ICPRE 2025 is sponsored by Zhejiang University, China, hosted by College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, China, technically supported by Shanghai Jiaotong University, South China University of Technology, Shanghai University, Shanghai Maritime University, Shanghai University of Electric Power, Anhui University of Science and Technology, etc. We truly believe that ICPRE 2025 will achieve greater success and provide a better platform for all the participants to have fruitful discussions and to share ideas of researches. With high standard and high quality submissions and presetations in ICPRE. With the four days' conference, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to showcase your work in front of professionals in the power and energy engineering sector at this hugely popular, one of a kind conference.
Submission Guidelines
1. Language
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper)
Full paper is requested, if you are also considering publishing your paper. For submission, each paper should be at least with 4 full pages by following the template so that it can meet the publication pages. For accepted papers, one registration covers 6 pages including tables, figures and references, and additional pages will be chargeable.
3. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract)
If you just want to make an oral presentation without paper publication, then you can only submit an abstract with 300-500 words.
4. Academic Ethics
All submitted articles must report original, previously unpublished research results, either experimental or theoretical, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
We strongly emphasize the importance of academic integrity. Any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will lead to the following consequences:
1). Rejection: The paper will be rejected, and in case it has already been published, it will be removed from the final publication list.
2). Reporting to Supervisors and Institutions: The author(s) involved in plagiarism will have their violations reported to their respective supervisors and affiliated institutions.
3). Reporting to Oversight Authorities: The violation will be reported to the relevant academic ethics office or research funding agency.
4). Public Disclosure: The name(s) of the plagiarizing author(s), the paper title, the associated institution(s), and details of the misconduct may be publicly disclosed.
5. Plagiarism Detection
All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. Any paper found to have significant overlap with existing work will be rejected.
6. Paper Review Process
All submissions will undergo a peer review process. Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, and clarity of presentation.

Selected papers of ICPRE 2025 will be recommended to prepare extended version of paper to Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems (ISSN: 2367-2617) .
